Regional Landfill

The Northwest Regional Waste Management Authority (NRWMA) is pleased to advise all residents that the construction of the new regional landfill near Rapid View is complete and the new facility is now open (effective October 1, 2008). The location of the Regional Landfill is 14 miles west of Meadow Lake on Highway #55. Operating Hours are: Monday to Saturday 7:30am-3pm; Closed Sundays and Statutory Holidays.
